// MARRIOTT

Most of us experience Marriott International as a hotel guest at one of their 30 leading hospitality brands, including the flagship Marriott Hotels and Resorts. But Marriott also runs a thriving B2B sales and service operation, including a dedicated organization that operates over 800 of their hotels for 200 different owners in North America. ACME partnered with Marriott to brand this offering, including finalizing the strategy, developing a name, and working with their internal creative department to craft a visual identity, guidelines and launch communications. ACME also worked with Thacher Interactive to develop a dedicated microsite, which received over 10,000 visits and delivered more than two dozen viable development leads in year one. The Managed by Marriott, or MxM, brand launched at the beginning of 2016, and by the end of the year had contributed to a +9 point growth in the key metric of owners who would “definitely/probably” choose MxM to manage their next hotel. // LUPUS RESEARCH ALLIANCE

Lupus Research Alliance is the largest private sector organization dedicated to driving scientific discoveries that will help prevent, treat and cure lupus. ACME Brand Intelligence shepherded the merger of three legacy organizations – the Alliance for Lupus Research, the Lupus Research Institute and the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation – to create the Lupus Research Alliance brand. A comprehensive discovery process gathered input from critical stakeholders including leadership, the scientific and medical communities, donors, as well as patients and their families. These inputs were molded into a strategic foundation for the brand, on top of which ACME partnered with creative consultancy Pause for Thought to build a new brand identity, website, and launch materials. // THE J.R. SIMPLOT COMPANY

The J.R. Simplot Company is a global food and agribusiness firm and, with over $6B in annual revenue, #62 on Forbes’ list of America’s largest private companies. ACME led a team of collaborators from agencies including Publicis, Red Paper Heart, FACULTY and the Taylor Group to conceive, design and construct a multimedia Experience Center for Simplot’s new headquarters in Boise, Idaho. ACME’s focus was on translating Simplot’s brand positioning into a flexible yet cohesive experience design that could accommodate multiple pathways for diverse audiences. ACME was also responsible for delivering storylines and detailed scripts for the digital content that populates the space.
